Your medical report can be completed by any doctor licensed to practise in the
EU, and can be obtained in any EU country. You needn't use your family
Doctor if you don't want to.

You should double check any prices given prior to booking an appointment.
note: Make sure the correct DVLA D4 form is used and be sure to take ID
(passport) with you on the day!.
